5″ Swiss Army Jaw

These are our Swiss Army Jaws. They can take a Variety of in house manufactured work-holding solutions to hold almost any part that can fit in the stroke of a self-centering Vice. The holes in the front of the jaws, will accept the Mitee-Bite VersaGrip’s or a 3/4″ magnet to hold parallels. The top slot directly accepts our Dovetail Inserts, or a variety of inserts to allow for rise of the parts or more VersaGrip options. These are built to fit the Haas 5″ Vice and ship with 4 Dovetail Inserts.

These are our Screw in collets with M10 thread built to accept a variety of inserted screw in Modular heads like our ER16 Extensions. These work well in milling applications, however we have found they are exceptional in live tool lathe applications where quick change tooling is greatly needed or where clearance becomes an issue.

Our Gang tooling blocks turn your standard lathe work normally requiring multiple tool stations for a drill and tap into a simple one station operation. With 3 pockets accepting our screw in ER16 threaded extenders, you can load a spot drill, drill, and tap all in one pocket.
