Our 45 degree Dovetail Serrated inserts provide a great variety of workholding options. Whether it is raw stock, or a matching dovetail in the work piece, these are our standard inserts we use in house to manufacture most of our work.

We offer these CAT 40 tool holders in individual tower sets in the PLA colors of white or black. Each tower holds 15 clips that are available in the PLA colors of Red, Blue, White, Black, Green and Orange.

The clips do not include the labels shown in the picture. The clips are made with a flat front which allows customers to add their own labels.

These are our Swiss army jaws. They can take a Variety of in house manufactured work-holding solutions to hold almost any part that can fit in the stroke of a self-centering Vice. The holes in the front of the jaws, will accept the Mitee-Bite VersaGrip’s or a 3/4″ magnet to hold parallels. The top slot directly accepts our Dovetail Inserts, or a variety of inserts to allow for rise of the parts or more VersaGrip options. These are Built to fit the Haas 5″ Vice and ship with 4 Dovetail Inserts

These Tool holder clips are available in sets of 10, 15 per tower set, or as part of the Starter Pack which includes 2 towers and 30 of the tool holder clips.

These are our Screw in collets with M10 thread built to accept a variety of inserted screw in Modular heads like our ER16 Extensions. These work well in milling applications, however we have found they are exceptional in live tool lathe applications where quick change tooling is greatly needed or where clearance becomes an issue.

These are offered in ER32 and ER25 sizes.

Our Gang tooling blocks turn your standard lathe work normally requiring multiple tool stations for a drill and tap into a simple one station operation.

With 3 pockets accepting our screw in ER16 threaded extenders, you can load a spot drill, drill, and tap all in one pocket. This not only frees up more spaces for more tooling, it also speeds up processing time as less tool changes are necessary.

These are offered in 1 1/4in, 32mm, 1in, 25mm, 3/4in, and 20mm sizes.

These Gang tooling blocks are specifically designed to fit the Haas TL lathe 4 station turret.

With the same 3 pockets accepting our screw in ER16 threaded extenders, this offers gang tooling to those who have a TL and want to make more of a production machine out of it.
